Twelfth Gate Incorporated (TGI), a privately held company, was formed to cater to the needs of the international business capital investment community as well as organizations that pursue wider social aims (NGOs). The company was originally created in 2006 in the USA. TGI has had aggressive growth in Latin America with its South America office established in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

As corporate consultancy took a larger role of the company's focus, TGI expanded its operations into various industries that run the full spectrum from Aviation Consultancy to Technology Consultancy in the USA, Europe and Asia.
